Is there anything more electrifying when it comes to eye makeup than a popping electric blue? Well, neon yellow maybe, but that's just a tad difficult to pull off! So here's my version of a neon blue look. Does that even exist? Neon blue? Not sure, but I love how this came out! Keep reading to see all the products I used, more pictures, and the step by step tutorial.
BAM!! I mean - yeah, I would wear this. To a club, to a festival, a rave...do raves still exist? I hope you enjoy this look and try it out! I used one main eyeshadow for this look - Nars Outremer - without blending too much, because I really wanted a true color payoff without it turning muddy by blending it with other shadows. While I really love this color, the texture of this eyeshadow is chalk, patchy and difficult to blend, so you need to really take your time working with this one. The formula is not great, but the color is worth the effort. I don't have any other blue eyeshadows in my extensive collection quite as bright as this one. Outremer works much better if you use a sticky blue eyeshadow base underneath, then the color payoff is insane!
