Halloween Series: Black Widow / Victorian Ghost

I'm not trying to toot my own horn, but I absolutely love this look so much! Looooove! Can I please walk around like this every day and it be totally normal? There's something so chic about alabaster skin, dark makeup, and a veil. I definitely need to get some kind of a fascinator veiled hat pronto, because I totally want to wear this in real life. Hah!

The idea was to do a Black Widow type of look, but I also wanted her to be a ghost set in a Victorian era. It just suited the costume I wore so much, and I knew it would work so well in the cemetery I filmed at. I also wanted this to be a very refined, ladylike look, as if this was a very upper-class Victorian woman who took her time to carefully paint her face everyday. Now she's stuck in this surreal realm between the Living and the Afterlife, forever pining for her deceased Love, unable to cross over due to her grief.

See how I turned this story idea into film in my video! I love how it turned out and it was a blast to film and edit. I hope you enjoy this look as much as I do. Have you decided on your costume yet this year?
